How do I start my home search?
Submit your rental requirements with a phone number or email address. We will contact you to discuss your needs before arranging suitable options, viewings and lease or handover support. Submitting a request does not reserve a property or create a lease.
Can I book a property directly on this website?
This website currently introduces our services and accepts rental requests. It does not provide a live list of available properties. Availability, rent and move-in terms must be confirmed for each property.
What fees and deposits should I expect?
Ask Summer or Lucy to confirm the services and charges before proceeding. Rent, deposit, management fees, agency fees, and any cleaning or repair costs depend on the property and agreed services. The request form does not provide an automatic quote.
Can you help with short leases, pets or furnished homes?
These conditions depend on each property and owner. Tell us your preferred lease length, pet details and furniture needs so we can check suitability. We cannot guarantee a property meeting every requirement.
Can you help with English communication and lease discussions?
We provide Chinese and English rental communication and lease confirmation support. You can submit your requirements in English. Signing documents and any required paperwork will be confirmed for your rental.
Do you help with cleaning, repairs and moving out?
We can coordinate pre-move cleaning, equipment repairs, preparation for letting, move-out handover and necessary repairs. Scope, scheduling and charges must be confirmed separately for the actual property.
How can I ask you to help let my property?
Use the owner inquiry form with your name, email or phone, area and current occupancy. Photos and target rent can follow. Submitting does not publish your property or create a mandate.
Which areas do you serve?
Taipei City, Linkou A9, Guishan A7 and A8, Taoyuan District, Luzhu and Nankan, and areas around A10 Shanbi and A19 Taoyuan Sports Park. Share your workplace and commute needs to discuss a suitable search area.
