What is saved and why

We save the name, contact details and property or rental requirements you submit to discuss your inquiry and follow up. Optional referral-source information helps us understand how inquiries reach us. The system records the submission time and a daily hashed network identifier to limit automated abuse.

Access and publication

Inquiry records and internal follow-up notes are stored in the website database and are not public. Only server-authorized accounts may access the inbox. An inquiry does not publish your property or form a contract. Any later property publication requires confirmation with you.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits. Interaction statistics distinguish official LINE link clicks, the start of an inquiry form and submission attempts. These interaction labels do not include form answers, names, contact details or property addresses. A click or submission attempt is not proof of a received LINE message, saved inquiry or completed transaction. Additional interaction tracking is disabled when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control; this does not itself disable the existing Google Analytics page-view tag.

After the website confirms a newly saved inquiry, a generate_lead event may record the inquiry category and page language, but not your answers or contact details. Duplicate submissions and unsuccessful saves do not count as new successful inquiries. Browser privacy settings, blocked analytics or network interruptions can prevent measurement; the website's saved inquiry records remain the source of truth.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields blank. Without contact details we cannot follow up. Contact Summer or Lucy to ask about, correct or delete submitted information, or to stop further inquiry follow-up. Do not submit ID numbers, ownership documents or financial records through these forms. Photos and documents, if later needed, will be discussed separately.
