What is saved and why
We save the name, contact details and property or rental requirements you submit to discuss your inquiry and follow up. Optional referral-source information helps us understand how inquiries reach us. The system records the submission time and a daily hashed network identifier to limit automated abuse.
Access and publication
Inquiry records and internal follow-up notes are stored in the website database and are not public. Only server-authorized accounts may access the inbox. An inquiry does not publish your property or form a contract. Any later property publication requires confirmation with you.

Do not submit ID numbers, ownership documents or financial records through these forms. Photos and documents, if later needed, will be discussed separately.
